How to register a new club

Anyone can register a club on AAU Club Manager. Registration is free — you start on the Free tier (up to 30 users).

Steps

1. Visit aauclubmanager.com/welcome/register-club/
2. Fill in: - Club name — official name - Short code — lowercase, no spaces (e.g. gatorsfc); used in your public URL - Country — for currency + phone code defaults - Sport / discipline - Your name (admin) — the person managing the club - Your email + password — this is the club admin login - Phone number
3. Accept terms → Submit
4. Email verification link sent — click it to activate the account
5. Log in → you land on the club admin dashboard
6. First steps — set branding, add coaches, create categories, add fee structures (see role guides + Configure club branding)

Referral / affiliate

If you were referred by an affiliate: - Use their referral link (contains a code) so they earn commission - Or paste their referral code into the signup form's optional field

Multiple clubs

The same person can own multiple clubs — register each one separately with the same email. Switch between them using the club-switcher in the top-left.

Cara daftar kelab baru

1. Layari aauclubmanager.com/welcome/register-club/
2. Isikan: nama kelab, short code, negara, sukan, nama admin, email, phone
3. Accept T&C → Submit
4. Klik link verifikasi email
5. Log masuk → dashboard admin
6. Langkah seterusnya: set branding, tambah jurulatih, cipta kategori, cipta struktur yuran
