How to configure shop settings

Access
Sidebar → Shop → Manage → Settings (/shop/manage/settings/)
General
- Shop enabled — toggle on to make the shop visible to parents
- Shop name — displayed as the storefront header (defaults to
<Club> Shop) - Currency — MYR / SGD / IDR / USD / etc.
- Tax rate — % (0 for no tax, 6 for SST)
- Tax label — displayed on invoices (e.g.
SST) - Tax inclusive prices — if on, product prices already include tax; if off, tax added at checkout
Payment methods
Toggle each on/off; enter credentials for online gateways.
- Bank transfer — parent uploads proof; you verify
- QR payment — upload DuitNow / TnG QR code
- Billplz / ToyyibPay / Stripe — online gateways (same setup as billing — see Set up online payment)
- Cash on delivery — if you deliver physically; not for digital
Shipping
- Enable shipping — for physical products
- Shipping methods:
- Pickup at branch — free; customer selects a branch at checkout
- Flat rate — one rate for all orders (e.g. RM 10 anywhere in Malaysia)
- By weight — RM per kg
- By region — different rates per state / zone
- Free shipping threshold — free above e.g. RM 200
Order settings
- Order number prefix — e.g.
ORD-orSHOP- - Auto-cancel unpaid orders after — days (default 3)
- Auto-complete after delivered — days after
Deliveredbefore status auto-flips toComplete
Notifications
- Order created — email admin + customer
- Status changes — auto-email customer on each status update
- Low stock alert — email admin when a product's stock drops below threshold
- Digital download expiring — remind customer 3 days before their download link expires
Return policy
- Return window — days after delivery a customer can request return (default 7)
- Return conditions — text shown to customer; e.g.
Items must be unused, in original packaging - Digital returns — usually off (once downloaded, no return)
Storefront
- Homepage layout — Featured / New / Category grid
- Cover image — banner at top of storefront
- Custom CSS — for clubs wanting a branded shop

Order
Prefix, auto-cancel unpaid (3 hari), auto-complete after delivered.
Notifikasi
Order created, status changes, low stock, digital expiring.
Return
Window (7 hari), conditions, digital returns.
Storefront
Layout, cover image, custom CSS.
