After first signup (especially via Google OAuth), AAU Club Manager may ask you to fill in some required fields before you can use full features.

When you'll see this

First-time Google OAuth signup — AAU Club Manager doesn't know your phone, DOB, etc.
Registering through a club's branded link — the club may require extra info
You skipped optional fields at signup but they're needed for a specific action (e.g. paying an invoice needs a phone number)

Steps

On successful signup / login, if info is missing, you land on /complete-profile/
Fill in required fields: - Phone number (with country code) - Full name (as on official documents) - Date of birth (if not already provided) - Country — for currency and phone code defaults
Save — you land on your dashboard

Skip / do it later

Some fields are optional at this stage — you'll see Skip for now. AAU Club Manager may re-prompt later when you try an action that needs the missing info.

Where to edit afterwards

Sidebar → My Profile — all fields visible + editable
Update anytime

Role-specific extra steps

Parent — after profile, land on Add Child to add your first child
Coach — you may need to upload your ID (see Coach IC verification)
Trainee (self-registered) — parent/guardian verification email may be required
